This one-of-a-kind Dress with Pockets features my original artwork. Yes it has deep pockets and they are fantastic!!

SIZES: Size 0-30 (PLEASE look at the size chart!)

MATERIAL: 97% Polyester 3% Spandex

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Wash Cold and Hang to Dry

This fabric is made from my paintings, which we scan and use the digital file to custom print the fabric. The fabric is done with Sublimation printing meaning the image will never fade over time.

Shipping

We use Canada Post or UPS expedited which includes tracking, insurance and typically arrives 4-7 business days depending on your location.

We typically can get orders out within 24 hours. Everything is shipped from our little backyard Studio in Edmonton, Alberta.

If you spend over $125 we cover the shipping cost in Canada as a Thank you!

Local Pick-up in Edmonton

We do offer Free Local Pick-up at our little backyard studio in Edmonton. This is located on our personal residence so an appointment has to be arranged beforehand.

On the check-out page under Delivery Options you will see "Local Pick-up" as an option, once you complete check out with this option selected you will get an email with pick-up instructions.

Please note the studio is a work space and is not set up as a retail store. I am more than happy to arrange a time if you'd like to come by to check out sizing on clothing but we do not have a change room. I can pull out specific products but we are not set up for browsing.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of you having received your item. Return shipping charges remain the buyer's responsibility.

Refund will be given once I have received the item in the same condition I sent it out in. If you receive Free Shipping and return any of the items, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The Best!

I’ve wanted an item of Kay’s for years (huge geek here), and finally said to myself I was going to get a dress after I saw the Ms Frizzle one during my pregnancy.

That day has come. And I’m so happy. And not just because it makes me feel a bit more like myself postpartum.

I usually am a size 16 in dresses, 16-18 in pants, and XL in most other clothing, with a curvy, plus sized body. I followed the sizing guide and it was perfect.

My currently 10 week old daughter may grow up to roll her eyes and groan one day, but for now, I’ve got exciting science lessons to plan!

Best Purchase EVER!!

This was an instant purchase from me the moment I saw the dress. I recently decided to try and start purchasing more clothing that makes me smile and this hands down has succeeded! I absolutely ADORE the dress, and how it fits. I'm typically on the cusp of sizes so went a size smaller than normal and it fits like a dream. I'm 5'8", 145lbs and fit size 6-8 or small to medium. I also made sure to watch the video on how to wear it, because if there's a chance I will wear something incorrectly, I definitely will, lol. I love that there are two options to wearing this dress neckline wise, and this should go without saying, IT HAS POCKETS! :D

Too Big

Love the design, it’s super cute, but unfortunately far too big for me. I got the small, but despite my bust being 35” (bigger than the max), it still fit loose up top. Then the waist was also way too big. No matter how I tied it, it looked and felt wrong. The pockets either ended up too far back or too far forward with a ton of bunching. So just a warning that the small fits fairly loose/baggy if you’re normally a size 0-2, which is great if you like that type of fit, unfortunately I don’t. Attached a picture of it untied for reference. But otherwise the dress is very well made and the pockets are awesome.

I am sorry to hear that the style didn't work out for you. Based on the photo you got the right size. When tying the band if your pockets are moving too far forward or back it sound like you might be pulling too hard. But I completely understand the design is not for everyone, I sent you an email on how to start the return. I am happy to hear you liked the quality and the pockets. Our skirts might be a better fit!

I've been following for a while and as soon as I saw The Frizz dress, I knew I had to have it! I'm in love. It's stretchy, has pockets, and pretty much the perfect teacher dress. Can't wait to wear it to school!

Super impressed

I just got my order today and tried it on right away. I got the XL, but probably could've gone with a L because it fits a bit bigger than I thought it would, although with the ties it doesn't matter. The material is good quality and the seams are well made. I'm excited to wear it!
