I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The return shipping cost remains the buyers responsibility.

 

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

 

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. We start packing and getting out orders as soon as they come in. Changes or cancellations can't be made after the order is placed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Phone Cases are custom printed with the image you choose on the model that you purchase. If ordered the wrong phone model we can exchange but there is a $10 restocking fee and return shipping is your responsibility
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of you having received your item. Return shipping charges remain the buyer's responsibility. Refund will be given once I have received the item in the same condition I sent it out in.

Christmas: Any items ordered as a Gift is an exception. I can exchange sizes and/or designs as long as the item still has its tags/ is in original packaging. I will accept 2021 Christmas exchanges until January 15th, 2022. Please email Hello@KayPopArt.com if you have any questions.
